We had a great time at Angsana Resort and Spa. On the recommendation of Subramanyam in sales we took the 3BHK villa which was spacious and like a big holiday home with private parking. The stay was comfortable and the rooms were neat and clean. The spa was great and is nature centric with open showers and rooms. The therapists are well trained and gave a relaxing experience. Other amenities like the indoor games are also available but at a charge. The swimming pool has a beautiful layout but is mostly meant for lazying and not to take laps since it’s very shallow. The jacuzzi and steam was a great experience coordinated by Mr. Ravi who did a good job in ensuring we enjoyed. The food was included in our stay and is a buffet system which involves a lot of variety but at the same time is a gamble of hit and miss. Some items were great but some were letdowns. Breakfast in particular on the 2 days we were there were extremely average and some items like the cold cuts and fruits were stale and had to be sent back. Though the staff is courteous, friendly and ready to help, they lack a lot of training and knowledge to be efficient at their job. A few of the waiters didn’t know what’s available and the front desk receptionist couldn’t do basic calculations properly. They were not able to communicate properly. Overall it was a good experience and peaceful but has a lot of scope for improvement especially in terms of food and service.

Shashi & manjunath from housekeeping provided best support. Overall hospitality was great and the place is also 👍🏻 The place looks cool and better and the pool is great. Over the experience was great. It's a must visit place again in Bangalore

Had a wonderful stay at the resort. The property is very nice. Service was very good. Though on the first day our experience was not that good, next day onwards they took good care. Especially, Ravi from health club and chef Prem and Mahesh took care of us really well and arranged for our special anniversary dinner with care. Spa was amazing as well.
